Dr. Aishwarya Sambath is a Consultant Counselling Psychologist and Founder of InPsych Therapy Clinic, a high-end London-based specialist psychology practice providing discreet, formulation-led therapy and executive psychological consultancy. The clinic is recognised for supporting high-functioning professionals, complex psychological presentations, and organisations seeking psychologically informed leadership and wellbeing strategies, delivered to the highest clinical standards.
Dr. Sambath holds a BSc in Psychology and Neuroscience and a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (DCounsPsych). Her clinical career spans senior and specialist roles across secondary care mental health services, personality disorder services, primary care, health psychology, and private practice. This breadth of experience informs her calm, precise, and integrative clinical approach.
She works with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relational and identity difficulties, ADHD, and complex emotional patterns — with or without formal diagnosis — offering tailored, outcome-focused psychological care.
In addition to private clinical work, Dr. Sambath has extensive experience consulting within multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with healthcare and corporate professionals. She delivers specialist teaching in mental health and emotional regulation, and has contributed to doctoral-level training and supervision.
At InPsych Therapy Clinic, therapy is bespoke, confidential, and depth-informed, creating meaningful and lasting psychological change within a refined and discreet setting. The clinic also provides executive psychological support, clinical supervision, and premium corporate consultancy.
Dr. Laura Addis is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Accredited Advanced Schema Therapist, with over 20 years' experience working within NHS psychological services, including senior leadership roles.
In her NHS work, Dr. Addis has led and transformed specialist psychological services supporting individuals with severe and complex mental health difficulties. She has worked alongside high-functioning professionals and senior executives across organisations, contributing to the transformation of psychological services and the improvement of staff wellbeing through consultation and specialist training. Her experience includes working with trauma, complex emotional needs, and conducting specialist psychological assessments within high-acuity settings.
In private practice, Dr. Addis works therapeutically with adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health challenges, with particular expertise in complex trauma, dissociation, personality difficulties, and long-standing emotional distress. Her work is grounded, compassionate, and depth-oriented, supporting clients to develop insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
Dr. Addis is trained in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Therapy. She integrates these models thoughtfully, tailoring therapy to the individual needs of each client.
At InPsych Therapy, we recognise that emotional distress does not always fit neatly into diagnostic categories.
Some clients come with an existing diagnosis; others seek therapy for clarity, resilience, or personal development. Our therapists work thoughtfully with both, ensuring therapy is shaped around the individual, not the label.
